Our selection is Extra Fancy grade — the highest classification of Kona coffee, reserved only for the largest, most uniform, and virtually flawless beans from the harvest. This top-tier grade represents just 10–15% of Kona’s already limited annual yield.

Because the Kona growing region is confined to a small stretch of Hawaiian coastline, production is naturally scarce, and demand from coffee lovers worldwide is intense. Each bean is hand-picked at peak ripeness, wet-processed, and sun-dried to preserve the distinctive character of this one-of-a-kind microclimate.
