About Jetstream Java

         Jetstream Java was founded by Landon Dishart, a third-generation aviator for whom precision was never a discipline to be learned. It was a standard inherited.

At eight years old, Landon first took the controls of his family's 1979 Piper Archer, the same aircraft flown by his father and grandfather before him. Aviation did not teach him to pursue excellence. It taught him to expect it. In every preflight. In every approach. In every decision made at altitude, where every detail matters.

That expectation does not leave you when you step off the flight deck. It follows you into everything you create.

Jetstream Java exists because ordinary coffee did not meet that standard.

Every bag is roasted only after it is ordered. Not before. Green, organic coffee, selected exclusively for origin, character, and quality, is roasted individually in a single small batch, developed with exacting control over temperature, timing, and finish. Every variable is monitored. Every roast is inspected. Every bag leaves only when it is ready.

This is not efficiency. It is intention.
