Jetstream Java Coffee – Shipping Policy

At Jetstream Java Coffee, every batch of coffee is roasted and prepared with precision to ensure it arrives fresh and ready for takeoff. Because our coffee is roasted in small batches, each order is carefully prepared before shipment.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.

Unlike many retailers, Jetstream Java Coffee may process and prepare orders on weekends and holidays in order to deliver the freshest coffee possible.

Once your order has been packed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

During periods of high demand, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.


Shipping Rate

Jetstream Java offers flat-rate shipping on all orders.

Flat Rate Shipping: $6.00

This simple pricing helps ensure a consistent and transparent checkout experience for our customers.


Delivery Times

Delivery time begins after your order has shipped and will vary depending on your location.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or other reliable carriers depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and shipping details.

This allows you to follow your package as it makes its journey to your door.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Jetstream Java is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipment.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
