At Jetstream Java Coffee, every batch of coffee is roasted with precision and care to deliver the freshest possible experience. Because our coffee is prepared in small batches and processed quickly, orders move through our fulfillment system shortly after they are placed.

Order Cancellations (One-Time Purchases)
Orders may be cancelled any time before the order has been processed or fulfilled.
Once an order has entered our roasting or fulfillment process, it can no longer be cancelled. This ensures that every bag of Jetstream Java is delivered at peak freshness.

Subscription Order Cancellations
Customers enrolled in recurring coffee deliveries may cancel their subscription at any time.
However, subscription cancellations must be made before the next order has been processed or fulfilled.
Once a subscription order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Subscriptions can be managed at any time through your Jetstream Java customer account portal.
Refunds After Cancellation
If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
